We live and work in Carbis Bay.
Blue Bay pride ourselves on being entirely local to the St Ives and Carbis Bay area.
Most managing agents are based well outside the area, with no knowledge of the location, and manage developments they will never visit. We are the opposite. We have built, developed, lived in and managed properties throughout the local area for over 25 years.
Being on the doorstep means we see your development regularly, know the local trades, and can respond quickly when something needs attention.

We have many years' experience with the sometimes unique requirements and complexities of the holiday-rental business and the coastal environment.
